It has been a wonderful 2017 at the Clark Fork Veterinary Clinic! We added a new veterinarian (Dr. Thomas) and more support staff. We remodeled to make a bigger lab area and another exam room. We really focused on our community service which included: cleaning the exhibit hall before the Tri-County Fair, teaching Granville Stewart and OD Speer Elementary students about agriculture, and hosting a 4-H event at the clinic. We want to continue to give back by helping the less fortunate animals in our community – those in shelters without homes. This year, we will be collecting pet food and monetary donations for the animal shelters in our area.
With every donation, clients will receive $5 off of their visit at CFVC and we will match your monetary donation to the shelter. The total monetary funds and food collected from our drive will be divided equally between PAWHS and Pintler Pets – the two main animal shelters serving our area (Deer Lodge and Anaconda). Please help us feed the less fortunate animals in our counties this season. We are accepting donations from December 1st to January 16th.
We are fortunate to have great organizations in our communities that strive to feed, care for, and home these animals. A big thank you goes out to all the volunteers at PAWHS and Pintler Pets – keep up the good work! We thoroughly enjoy working with you and hope to continue for years to come.
Are you looking for other great organizations in the community to help out? Remember that Toys for Tots, Powell County Senior Center, your local food bank, and Animeals are always willing to accept your support!
